other in Ansteorra! * Unique tournament
styles for both Chivalric and Rapier Site fee is $8 for adults and children 10 and up. Children 9 and under are free. There is a $4 tavern
fee for adults and children over 3 years of age. All fighting and setup
for A&S will begin at 10:00 AM sharp. Bad Girls of History will be held at Camp Graham Ball just west of Archer City, Texas.
Site opens at 4:00 PM on Friday, October 6th, 2006, and closes at 12:00 noon on Sunday, October 8th. Site is wet in period containers only. No glass bottles, ground fires, firearms, explosives, or pets, except for service animals. No swimming without a lifeguard! There are limited areas for tent camping, and air-conditioned cabins that are available free of charge on a first-come first-serve basis. If you want a cabin, please email Kim with the names of each individual member of your party. We have hot showers, cold showers, and toilets. Proof of membership will be required to avoid the $3.00 non-member surcharge. Make checks payable to SCA Inc./Shire of Brad Leah. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with an adult 21 years old or older with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from their parents.

From Wichita Falls: Follow US 82-277 to Mankins - turn left onto SH 25 and go to the Lake Kickapoo sign - turn left onto the paved road - then take first left at the Camp Graham Ball sign. From Olney: Follow SH 79 to Archer City - turn left onto SH 25 through Archer City and to the Lake Kickapoo sign - turn left onto the paved road - then take first left at the Camp Graham Ball sign. From Jacksboro: Follow US 281 to Windthorst - turn left onto SH 25 through Archer City and to the lake Kickapoo sign - turn left onto paved road - then take first left at the Camp Graham Ball sign. From Seymour: Follow US 82-277 through Dundee to the Black Flat Road (paved) - turn right - go past Lake Kickapoo and the store to the Camp Graham Ball sign - turn right to camp. From Vernon: Follow US 281 to Electra - turn right onto SH 25 - go 5 miles south of Mankins - turn right at the Kickapoo sign - take the next left at the Camp Graham Ball sign. |
